Interior
The task was to make a nice democratic place with an Italian character. But it was necessary to find a balance between traditional and modern design techniques.
Here, the attributes of a traditional Italian restaurant are cabinets with panels, open shelves with dishes and vintage leather chairs, which give the impression that they have been serving for decades and often stand on the street. The floor also supports this Association: it is lined with large concrete tiles with the addition of marble crumbs, resembling a sidewalk. Variety in a slightly conservative environment is made by art panels of tinted glass on the wall. They seem to reflect the sea.
From the previous interior, there are small graffiti on the ventilation box under the ceiling, created by the Russian artist Valery Chtak. “Working on small spaces has its own charm: you can simultaneously focus on all aspects. Making them is just as interesting as making large ones, but you can see the result much faster.
